Rush Service |
If time is an essence, we have an array of products that are available in 4 days or less. Please remember that production starts the following business day after your art approval. Returns |
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of Superior Promos, we will resolve the issue promptly. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. Product Proofs |
A product proof is an actual sample of an item you want to print. Product proofs are not available for all items, please consult our service specialist for details. An additional charge will apply for an actual pre-production product proof. After you approve the sample the whole order will go into production. Production time will start 24 hours after final approval.

Cancellations |
Executive Threads strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
Charges for all online orders are authorized when the orders are placed.
It is the customers responsibility to be aware of all productions times. If you have questions regarding an in hand date, please contact customer service prior to placing your order at 1-888-247-7801
5% Cancellation fee on Credit Card orders and 2.5% fee on physical Check orders will apply for the following:
 If the customer does not agree to pay for rush charges to meet the in hand date or if rush charges are not available.
If the customer changes their mind due to personal preference.
If the customer presents a lower advertised price by a competitor and does not let Superior Promos to price match.
Cancellations fee will not apply for the following:
Item is out of stock
If a wrong or an incomplete proof was provided.
If a certain product option is unavailable but was advertised
If the production time is not as advertised.
Please note if the order has reached full production then it cannot be stopped, only shipping method/location can be modified.
If an order must be cancelled while its in production an even higher cancellation fee may apply. This fee will depend on the product and the production stage the order is in.

Over Runs & Under Runs |
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.
Over or under runs occur do to the fact that quantity of the products are determined by weight since its not possible to actually count the exact quantities in a mass production process. The industry standard on most products is ± 10%. For example if you order 500 magnets you could receive 450 or 550 magnets. Superior Promos does not guarantee the exact % but will try to minimize such occurrence. In most instances the over or under run does not exceed 5%. Your account will be billed or credited to the amount of over or under run.

Shipping |
Executive Threads utilizes a minimum of 46 plants located throughout the United States in order to bring you an optimum selection of over 40,000 products. Due to the large amount of locations we ship from, and the diversity of our orders, there is no way to determine actual shipping cost ahead of time. We can however provide you with an shipping estimate. Please contact customer service for a quote at 1-888-247-7801. All orders are prepaid with Credit Card, Check, or Money Order. Shipping and occasional over & under runs will then be charged F.O.B shipping point and will be applied to your final invoice.

Miscellaneous Charges |
Most products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges.

Artwork Requirements |
We require camera-ready artwork.
We DO accept:
Adobe Illustrator (8.0+) .EPS or .AI files (<-- Highly Preferred)
Adobe PhotoShop (5.0 +) .PSD files
High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF files.
NOTE:
We do accept other graphic files but prefer the files listed above
We DO NOT accept:
Any artwork imported into a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc. unless it's your only option. Please contact the art department for any clarification.
Any files set up for Web presentation, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, HTML, XML, etc.
Faxed artwork is NOT clear enough to reproduce on your imprint.

Your digital artwork will be kept on file for up to 1 year. Order details will also be kept on file for 1 year. As long as you re-order the item with the same imprint within this period we can re-use your screen, and you can avoid paying another screen charge. New imprints or new items will require a new screen and will incur the appropriate screen charge.

Samples |
Samples are available on all items as blank samples or random prints on them. Simply let us know which products you would like samples of along with the date you plan to purchase. All sample orders are billed at first column pricing but are refunded at the time you place an order.
